By using LeaseDesk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
LeaseDesk provides AI-powered lease abstraction tools for commercial real estate professionals. Outputs are for operational support only and do not constitute legal advice. Always verify against the executed lease.
Subscription and Billing
Shonkwiler Properties LLC offers LeaseDesk on a subscription basis at $299/month. A 14-day free trial is included with every new account. Your card will be charged after the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data and Privacy
Shonkwiler Properties LLC stores your uploaded lease documents and abstraction results securely. Shonkwiler Properties LLC does not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
Shonkwiler Properties LLC is not responsible for errors in AI-generated abstractions. Always verify outputs with a qualified attorney before making legal or financial decisions.
Changes to Terms
Shonkwiler Properties LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
